Description
This image was taken from the Jonsrud Viewpoint just outside Sandy Oregon. From this viewpoint you get wonderful views of Mount Hood and the Sandy River Valley, which in the fall has fabulous fog. This area below the viewpoint is also called the Devil's Backbone, which is a ridge named by Barlow Trail pioneers.
The viewpoint was named after Phil Jonsrud, a local historian in the city of Sandy. The Johnsrud family were instrumental in paving the off ramp at the viewpoint.

Congratulations for having this great piece of artwork chosen to be featured in our Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery group. I am proud to be able to support and promote all artists within our group. I very much enjoyed viewing the masterfully done piece from you portfolio to show off to all other artists and to attract perspective buyers. Thanks for sharing your beautiful artwork with all FAA members. Well worthy of this recognition.
