Description
The Lipizzan or Lipizzaner horse breed with connections to the Spanish Riding School of Vienna, Austria. Specially trained in classic dressage they are noted for jumps and other movements called the airs above the ground. The horses at this School are trained by traditional methods which go back to the 16th century.
After many years of war in Europe the lipizzans were rescued during World War II by American troops. This was made into the Disney movie Miracle of the White Stallions.

Love the high contrast here, how those shadows disappear into the dark background. Well done!

Beautiful capture! I love the way you put the horse in the spotlight and made the background dark! Congrats on your sale!
