What can I say about photographing water drops? There are so many ways to do this and every single image will be different. You can buy a multitude of equipment or go DIY. For mine I have a valve to drop the water droplets, external flash and a trigger to take the shots. With the trigger I used 1/4 second exposure and the flash set to it's lowest power. The type of liquid and the container to hold the water are only limited to your imaganation. It can also get messy so protect your camera and flash plus the area you are set up to shoot in.

It is an incredibly beautiful world out there. Our goal is to try to capture some of it in our images. Living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest we never lack for places to shoot. But never pass up the chance to visit all the many other beautiful places this world has to offer. Along with all the wonderful creatures, large and small. We have also been blessed with many wonderful photographic adventures to some awesome places which we are happy to share with you.
