The infrared photography had been done in the past with filters. It was a hard process as the filters were so dark you had to focus then attach the filter. Now you can have your DSLR cameras converted into an infrared camera. And there are several options. I opted for a full color conversion so I can do color images or the traditional black and white.
This is an infrared photo and then mirrored to give an even further otherworldly feel.
It is an incredibly beautiful world out there. Our goal is to try to capture some of it in our images. Living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest we never lack for places to shoot. But never pass up the chance to visit all the many other beautiful places this world has to offer. Along with all the wonderful creatures, large and small. We have also been blessed with many wonderful photographic adventures to some awesome places which we are happy to share with you.
