Mesa Arch is an easy hike but the best time to see it is at sunrise. It makes an awesome frame for the Utah landscape but better yet is how the sun lights up the underside of the arch. And if you get there early enough you can squeeze in a spot to get some awesome sunflares. I found that even though I was up at 5 am and drove for an hour that I was still late getting there. Even though I had to shoot from one side I still managed to get the sun flares I was so hoping to get.
It is an incredibly beautiful world out there. Our goal is to try to capture some of it in our images. Living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest we never lack for places to shoot. But never pass up the chance to visit all the many other beautiful places this world has to offer. Along with all the wonderful creatures, large and small. We have also been blessed with many wonderful photographic adventures to some awesome places which we are happy to share with you.
