Description
At the end of the day some surfers watch the setting sun at Pacific City. This beach is located along the Pacific Ocean in the state of Oregon and spans the Nestucca River with about half the city's area being behind Nestucca Bay. There is a large haystack rock along with Cape Kiwanda which is where this photo was taken in late August close to midnight when the Milky Way appears close to the haystack and the cape.
